Troubleshooting.

My wallet shows the wrong network#

   Cancel the pending request.

   Select the intended chain in Siena and check the account in MetaMask or OKX.

3. 03

   Start the action again and confirm the network shown in the wallet matches.

Markets cannot finish loading#

If Siena cannot check available markets, use Refresh markets to try again. Check your connection if the error persists. If no markets are active, try again later.

Returning to the Rankings tab refreshes its data. A temporary connection error does not erase the last loaded rankings.

Quote expired or no pool quote is available#

Check the amount and selected tokens. Estimates retry automatically while the page is visible. A pool may have insufficient liquidity, or its RPC request may have timed out. Changing the pair or amount can change pool availability.

Approval does not preserve the original quote. After it confirms, review the newly requested output before signing a swap.

The wallet submitted a transaction, but Siena is still waiting#

Open the transaction hash in the explorer for that network. A timeout in the browser is not proof that the transaction failed. Do not submit another copy just because a page closed.

Successful inclusion, chain finality and indexing are separate steps. There is no exact finality countdown. Keep your transaction hash so you can check its status in the explorer.

The contract is not active#

The selected route may be disabled or its network checks unavailable. Switching chains does not enable a disabled route. Check network availability in Swap.

Inactive markets are hidden from the swap selector. If a market is paused after loading the page, the pre-signing check prevents execution.

My trade is missing from Genesis#

Check the announced UTC window: 22 Sep 2026 at 03:00 to 29 Sep 2026 at 03:00. Check that you entered first, used a designated route, met the net minimum and traded within the published window. Then allow time for finality and indexing.

For help, send the chain, public transaction hash and a description through the official Siena X account. Never include wallet secrets or passwords.
